Terms of Service
EFFECTIVE APRIL 22, 2026
These terms cover what you and VSN Group agree to when you use VSN AI at app.vsngroup.io. Plain language first, details underneath. By signing in you confirm you've read and agreed to them.
1. The service
VSN AI is a platform that turns floor plans, elevations, and reference images into photorealistic renderings, camera angles, upscales, cinematic video, and other marketing assets — using generative AI models from partner vendors. The service runs at app.vsngroup.io and is operated by VSN Group.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and own any payment method attached to it.
- You're responsible for keeping access to the email address you used to sign in. Losing access to that email means losing access to the account.
- Accounts are for a single person. Don't share credentials. Use the Team feature to invite collaborators instead.
3. Credits, payments, and refunds
- Credits are the unit of use on the platform. Every render, angle, upscale, video animation, and supported generation debits a specific number of credits, displayed up front before the action runs.
- Top-ups are processed through Stripe. You pay once per purchase; credits never expire.
- Refunds of unused credits within 30 days of purchase: email ai@vsngroup.io and we'll process a refund for any unspent portion. Credits already consumed in successful generations are non-refundable.
- Failed generations auto-refund. If an AI vendor returns an error or an operation fails server-side, we credit your wallet back the same transaction.
4. What you own; what we own
- You own your inputs and outputs. Any floor plan, reference image, or prompt you upload remains yours. Any image, angle, upscale, or video we generate from those inputs is yours to use commercially — in pre-sales marketing, on social, in ads, in brochures, wherever.
- We own the platform. The VSN AI software, user interface, brand, prompt engineering, and underlying orchestration are ours.
- License to run the service. To generate anything, we need to send your inputs to our AI partner vendors. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs for that purpose and to display your outputs back to you. This license ends when you delete the corresponding project.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use VSN AI to:
- Generate content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights.
- Depict identifiable real people without their consent.
- Produce sexual content involving minors, or sexual content of any kind that targets a specific non-consenting individual.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate anyone.
- Generate deepfakes intended to deceive about real events, real statements, or real transactions.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform, extract our prompts or API keys, or scrape the service.
- Resell raw platform access as a competing product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for any of the above, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. AI disclaimers
- Outputs are generated by AI. They can contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or depart from the source imagery in unexpected ways. Always review before publishing.
- Outputs may not be unique.Generative models can produce similar outputs for similar inputs across users. We don't guarantee uniqueness or non-infringement.
- Models change. The AI vendors we rely on update their models periodically. The same prompt may produce different results over time.
7. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties (Google, fal.ai, Kling, Stripe, Vercel, Neon, HubSpot). Their downtime or errors may affect availability. We'll do our best to mitigate, but we don't guarantee zero interruptions.
8. Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VSN GROUP'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
9. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by emailing ai@vsngroup.io.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or legal risk.
- On termination, credits are refunded per Section 3 (unused within 30 days of purchase).
10. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date at the top and, when appropriate, email active users. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
